How to Plan Your Streaming Setup in 3D

Streaming setups have unique demands: dual monitors so you can watch chat while you play, a microphone front and center, a StreamDeck within reach, and a capture card if you're recording console gameplay. Corsair Atelier's streaming scene is built for exactly this — with dedicated slots for dual monitors, two mic arm positions, and all the streaming peripherals you need.

Step 1: Load the streaming scene

Head to atelier.corsair.com and choose a predefined streaming scene, or start from scratch and select "Streaming" as your scene type.

Step 2: Set up dual monitors

The streaming scene has two monitor slots — a primary for your game and a secondary for OBS, chat, and alerts. Pick both monitors and position them side by side. Try the monitor arms to get the exact angle.

Step 3: Add your microphone, mic arm, and StreamDeck

A good streaming mic is front and center. The streaming scene has two arm mounting positions — left and right — so you can place it wherever it works best for your camera angle. Add a StreamDeck to the desk for instant scene switching.

Step 4: Add capture card, headset, and keyboard

Fill out the rest of the setup — capture card for console recording, headset for monitoring audio, and a keyboard and mouse. Ask MAKR "what else do I need for streaming?" to catch anything you've missed.

Step 5: Save and share your streaming rig
